Since the Boston Foundation first opened its doors in 1915, it has been deeply involved with the people and places that make Boston one of the most extraordinary cities in the world. Boston has always been a “city of neighborhoods,” and through this website, we celebrate these neighborhoods and the characteristics that make each of them unique.
Here you will find creative reflections from neighborhood residents as well as useful information and links to neighborhood resources. We ask you to participate in making this website a rich resource for the people of Boston.
