I am submitting digital files or originals of my photos, art or writing to the Boston Foundation for use in its 2009 Annual Report and/or a special section of its website called “My Neighborhood Boston.” I understand that there is no payment or reward if my work is chosen and that I retain all rights to the submitted work beyond these uses by the Boston Foundation. The work I am submitting to the Boston Foundation represents my original work.

For regular postal submissions, please print this form, fill it out and mail it with your prints, photo(s), cd, or prose. Please submit a copy of this form for each work submitted. If your work is chosen for inclusion in the Boston Foundation’s 2009 Annual Report, you will receive notification.
Digital images submitted online or on cd must be high resolution (300dpi) and no smaller than 5" x 4". Photographs may be of works of art, but in that case the names of both the artist and photographer should be submitted if they are different.
The Boston Foundation reserves the right to use works only in its 2009 Annual Report and the special section of its website called “My Neighborhood Boston” and other nonprofit purposes. All other permanent rights remain with the artist.
